US Congressman Sean Caste (Democrat from Illinois) stated that Hamas allegedly raised millions of dollars through cryptocurrency before the recent attacks on Israel. Therefore, he plans to propose a bill to strengthen the Bank Secrecy Act requirements for cryptocurrencies.
