The number of Dogecoin transactions once exceeded 1 million, which may be related to Doginals and shitcoin
Odaily Planet Daily News: Dogecoin community user @itsALLrisky recently shared a screenshot on X platform showing that the number of Dogecoin transactions has surged past one million. In response, Dogecoin co-founder Billy Markus believes the most likely reason is that the Dogecoin chain is being actively used to transfer Ordinals (i.e. Doginals) and shitcoins. It is understood that the community refers to Dogecoin Ordinals as "Doginals", which are built on the recently launched DRC-20 token standard on the Dogecoin chain. Now, users will be able to create encrypted tokens and NFTs on this blockchain. In June of this year, when DRC-20 was launched, the number of daily transactions on the Dogecoin chain once exceeded two million. (U.Today)
