Ethereum scaling startup Versatus completes $2.3 million in seed round at $50 million valuation
Ethereum scaling startup Versatus has raised $2.3 million in seed funding with a valuation of $50 million. Investors in this round of financing include NGC Ventures, Republic Crypto, and Hyperithm. There is no main investor in this round of financing, and it is a round of equity plus token subscription warrants financing.
It is reported that Versatus (formerly VRRB Labs) started this round of financing in June and ended it in August. The startup was previously building an L1 network and is now building a "stateless rollup" called LASR.
