ENS Community initiated a vote on the "Subsequent Steps for ENS Labs in the eth.link Lawsuit" proposal. Previously, ENS Labs requested that Manifold Finance return ownership of eth.link, but the two parties were unable to reach a settlement. The proposal provides the community with four independent questions: 1. Whether to approve the proposed settlement plan; 2. Whether to agree on a compromise amount; 3. Whether to continue the lawsuit; 4. Whether to agree to compensate ENS Labs for legal fees incurred in pursuing this case. ENS Labs will handle this matter based on the voting results and will also release an executable proposal to pursue legal fees in this case.
