Bitwise CIO predicts that as institutional adoption increases, Bitcoin volatility will decrease by 50%
PANews reported on April 25th, according to Cryptoslate, in a recent investor report, Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan provided a comprehensive outlook for the trajectory of Bitcoin's halving in 2028. He predicts that volatility will decrease by 50%, and institutional investors' participation will increase.
Bitcoin hit an all-time high just weeks before its halving in 2024. Hougan believes this trend will continue after the halving and lead to a significant rise in Bitcoin's price, much like what happened since the first halving in 2012 when it was valued at $13. Hougan reiterated his previous price prediction and stated that Bitcoin still has potential to reach $250,000 within the next few years.
