Polygon ID separates from Polygon Labs and changes its name to Privado ID
Polygon ID became independent from Polygon Labs and was renamed Privado ID, with the aim of expanding beyond the Polygon network. Privado ID is partnering with on-chain and institutional organizations, including several multinational banks and financial service companies for proof-of-concept, and is integrating with the Verax attention registry on Lineazk EVM, developed by Consensys. The Privado ID team includes Polygon co-founder David Schwartz, CEO and COO Antoni Martin, key figure in Polygon zkEVM development Jordi Baylina as technical advisor, and Polygon Labs co-founder SandeepNailwal as growth advisor.
