Fortune: Terraform Labs may not be able to pay the $4.47 billion fine to the SEC
According to Fortune magazine, Bloomberg's previous report on Terraform Labs paying $4.47 billion to the US Securities and Exchange Commission was "shoddy" because the SEC may ultimately only receive a small portion of the fine, or may not receive the full fine at all. It is reported that Terraform Labs has already gone bankrupt and has almost no money, and it is still unclear whether Do Kwon still owes the $204 million judgment.
