BNB Greenfield Network Plans to Perform Veld Hard Fork Upgrade on June 25
On June 20th, according to official sources, the BNB Greenfield network will soon undergo a Veld hard fork upgrade, with major updates and optimizations to the platform, as follows:
· The Veld hard fork on the testnet is expected to occur on June 25th at 15:00;
· The Veld hard fork on the mainnet is planned to occur at block height 9,269,910. Based on the current block interval, it is expected to occur on July 8th at 15:00.
· Validators and SPs should upgrade to the latest version before the hard fork:
· For validators: greenfield v1.8.0;
· For SPs: greenfield-storage-provider v1.8.0.
