The regulatory agency emphasized that Skyline Crypto and Dry Goods Trading is not registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission and lacks the necessary licenses to operate. The securities regulatory agency warned that the company's plan is similar to a Ponzi scheme and is illegal and fraudulent. The public is advised not to invest and to report any information related to the company's operations.
