Mantle will start rolling out cmETH and COOK on July 1
On June 26th, Mantle announced that it will start rolling out cmETH and COOK on July 1, 2024. With the passing of MIP-30, cmETH will become the new Liquidity Re-Pooling Token (LRT), while COOK will be introduced as the new governance token for Mantle LSP. The first season will start on July 1st and last for 100 days.
Mantle stated that users can pool mETH on the collaboration agreement to obtain Powder and prepare for future upgrades to cmETH. Powder can be converted to COOK. Users holding mETH will automatically index their existing positions at the start of Mantle LSP's Methamorphosis. Additionally, locking MNT will earn future COOK rewards.
