Shanghai becomes the first city to implement the "digital currency ride code" one-code access
Bank of Communications and Jiushi Group jointly launched the Shanghai digital RMB App "Riding Code". It is reported that through this code, residents of Shanghai can use their personal digital wallets to pay for transportation fees when riding public transportation, ferries and other transportation vehicles, making Shanghai the first city to achieve "digital RMB riding code" one-code access. According to the plan, it is currently planned to implement all public transportation and ferries in Shanghai on June 28th, and it is expected to implement the entire Shanghai transportation system, including subways and maglevs, in October.
