Mt. Gox: Repaid some creditors in the form of BTC and BCH

Odaily News Mt. Gox issued an announcement stating that on July 5, 2024, the bankruptcy trustee had repaid some of the reorganization creditors in the form of Bitcoin (BTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) through some designated cryptocurrency exchanges and other channels in accordance with the reorganization plan. Repayment to other rehabilitation creditors will be made immediately once the following conditions are met: (i) confirmation of the validity of the registered account and other matters; (ii) acceptance of the subscription intention of the Agency Receipt Agreement by designated cryptocurrency exchanges and other channels; (iii) completion of discussions on repayment matters between the rehabilitation trustee and designated cryptocurrency exchanges and other channels; (iv) confirmation that repayment can be carried out safely.
