Grayscale: If the Ethereum ETF is approved, nearly a quarter of potential voters will be more interested in investing in ETH
On July 6th, asset management company Grayscale released a Harris Poll survey showing that as the 2024 US presidential election approaches, interest and awareness of cryptocurrency among voters has significantly increased. If an Ethereum ETF is approved, nearly a quarter of potential voters would be more interested in investing in Ethereum.
The latest data shows that nearly half of voters (47%) expect cryptocurrency to be included in their investment portfolios, up from 40% at the end of last year. Inflation remains the top concern for voters (28%), highlighting the potential value of transparent and limited-supply assets such as Bitcoin. Although Trump embraced cryptocurrency more in his campaign, the survey shows that cryptocurrency is a bipartisan issue, with similar ownership rates among Republicans and Democrats (18% and 19%, respectively).
