The “German Government” wallet address transferred another 3,100 BTC
Arkham data shows that 7 minutes ago, a wallet address labeled "German government" on the chain transferred 400 BTC to Kraken, worth approximately $22.91 million, and transferred 2,700 BTC to two unknown addresses.
