Odaily News Billionaire investor Mark Cuban said at a crypto regulatory conference, I dont believe Gary Gensler has protected any investors in the crypto space or elsewhere. His approach at the SEC is to regulate through litigation. This means that it is impossible for cryptocurrency companies to follow clear rules. This can be evidenced by the fact that no company has issued tokens for cryptocurrency applications. Biden should fire him. U.S. Rep. Joe Neguse (D-Colo.), Sen.
