Diddy's lawyers request gag order for potential witnesses in federal trial over false claims of sexual assault
Lawyers for Sean "Diddy" Combs have requested a gag order on potential witnesses in his upcoming federal trial after one witness made false allegations about his involvement in sexual assault. They claim that the "deluge of improper pretrial publicity" is undermining his right to a fair trial. Combs has also filed paperwork to await trial outside of the Metropolitan Detention Center where he is currently being held. He has been charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution, and his attorneys have denied all allegations against him.
