US media: Trump is reconsidering his Treasury Secretary candidate
according to The New York Times, US President-elect Trump is considering a new candidate for Treasury Secretary: including former Federal Reserve Board member Kevin Warsh and Wall Street billionaire Marc Rowan. It was originally expected that Trump would choose Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, or Scott Bessent, former fund manager for George Soros. However, Trump has been reconsidering the first two candidates and has slowed down his selection process. It is expected that he will invite candidates to meet with him at the Sea Lake Manor this week.
