MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor recommends investing only in Bitcoin.
Famous bull Michael Saylor, known for his support of Bitcoin, made remarkable statements.
Saylor, whose company MicroStrategy has made new moves regarding BTC purchases, recommends investors invest only in Bitcoin and not in other cryptocurrencies or stocks.
Speaking on the PBD Podcast recently, MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor recommended investing solely in Bitcoin. Saylor warned against buying other cryptocurrencies besides Bitcoin, including Ripple (XRP).
Does Not Recommend XRP!
Saylor was asked a question about whether he would recommend XRP to his clients.
The famous bull responded to this question by stating that he would not recommend XRP or any asset he classifies as a “security” to his clients, saying, “I do not recommend XRP or any security because a security has a counterpart. I am 100 percent only Bitcoin.”
Saylor stated that this approach should not be considered as being against other cryptocurrencies, and that it is simply due to risk aversion.
Extending his approach beyond cryptocurrencies, Saylor stated that he would not even recommend major stocks like Apple.
Despite focusing solely on Bitcoin, Saylor said he is hopeful for a thriving digital asset ecosystem, noting that the launch of thousands of digital assets other than BTC would be beneficial to the world.
With this statement, Michael Saylor implies that he still considers XRP a security despite the US judge's decision to the contrary.
