the US dollar has risen as the market continues to bet on the Federal Reserve taking a cautious interest rate cut path. According to data from the London Stock Exchange Group, the market expects the Federal Reserve to cumulatively cut interest rates by 38 basis points by December 2025. The Federal Reserve cut interest rates by 25 basis points the previous week, but indicated that future rate cuts would slow down.
