Magic Eden's Chief Legal Advisor, David Sacks, only has 2 years to promote policies supporting cryptocurrency
Magic Eden's chief legal advisor, Joe Doll, recently stated that David Sacks only has two years to promote cryptocurrency-friendly policies before the 2026 U.S. midterm elections. The threat of a government deadlock could stifle regulation, and the current administration must push for cryptocurrency-friendly policies while still controlling both houses of Congress. "The majority in the House is very slim and likely to flip as it almost always does. Therefore, you may encounter a divided government that will settle things within two years. So we have 24 months to push some important things."
