Unichain: A new validation network is expected to be introduced in 2025
On December 31st, Unichain, an L2 network introduced by Uniswap Labs, announced the introduction of a new validation network. By allowing nodes to validate blocks, this feature further enhances the decentralization of the chain, adds an additional layer of finality, and reduces the risk of block conflicts. It is expected to be launched in 2025.
