Analysts Say "2025 Will Be the Year of Ethereum", Make Incredible Price Prediction for ETH!

Looking at historical data on the last day of 2024, Bitcoin is preparing to close the year with an increase of approximately 120%; while the largest altcoin, Ethereum (ETH), is preparing to close with an increase of approximately 46%.

While Ethereum had a duller year compared to BTC, analysts predict that ETH will make a major breakthrough and surpass BTC in 2025.

Steno Research stated in a recent report that they expect Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin and experience a massive rally in 2025.

Steno Research analysts based their predictions for ETH on historical trends and Donald Trump's election victory in the US.

Analysts also predicted a rally of more than double the current price, stating that they expect the Ethereum price to rise to at least $8,000.

Analysts also added that they expect the ETH/BTC ratio to rise from the current 0.0357 to 0.06 in the next 12 months.

Steno also stated that they are bullish on Bitcoin, predicting that the BTC price will reach at least $150,000 next year.

Steno analysts led by Mads Eberhardt said:

“This expectation for Ethereum is based on the argument that Donald Trump’s US presidential victory is more favorable for altcoins than Bitcoin.

At this point, we expect Bitcoin's market dominance to drop from the current 58 percent to 45 percent and altcoins to experience a major rally led by ETH.”

Ethereum continues to trade at $3,380 at the time of writing.
