Web3 Foundation proposes 10 million DOT plan to support ZK innovation and network sovereignty
the Polkadot community is proposing through Proposal 498 of the Web3 Foundation to allocate 10 million DOT from the treasury to solidify Kusama as the primary hub for Web3 advanced technologies, including zero-knowledge (zk) innovations, art, and identity proof experiments. This fulfills the pre-launch commitment to allocate 1% of the original DOT supply (10 million DOT) to enhance Kusama's value proposition.
