SOL, ADA & XRP Price Skyrockets After Trump’s Crypto Reserve News

Prices of Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA) and Ripple (XRP) have skyrocketed after U.S. president Donald Trump announced strategic crypto reserve, including these three crypto assets and later adding Bitcoin and Ethereum to the list.

Trump shared that the U.S. Crypto Reserve will elevate this critical industry and his Presidential Working Group has planned for the “Crypto Strategic Reserve that includes XRP, SOL, and ADA, BTC and ETH.”

The fact that Trump initially mentioned only XRP, SOL and ADA as part of crypto reserve list in his TruthSocial post led to the price of these assets to jump massively within minutes. At the time of writing, XRP, SOL and ADA price have risen over 35%, 25% and 70% respectively. 

ADA Breaks Above $1, SOL & XRP Pumps 30%

Cardano (ADA) has broken through the $1 price mark after just an hour of announcement from Trump. This renowned attention has brought major attention to ADA and it is currently the largest daily gainer among all major crypto assets. ADA price has pumped over 70% to as high as $1.11 while currently trading near $1.06 – as per market data .

XRP price pumped over 35% to $2.96 and SOL surged 26% to $177.88 in the quick reaction to both altcoins’ mention. Despite today being a holiday in the U.S., the drastic surge in this trio – ADA, SOL and XRP – suggest it could rise even higher ahead of the Monday market opening tomorrow. 

As the crypto market went through a massive downtrend past this week after stock market shakeout on Trump’s tariff policies, this official news from the president himself has spread huge optimism with the whole crypto market seeing a significant boost. 

Data from Coinmarketcap shows that the global crypto market has increased 9.5% – currently sitting at $3.06 trillion – after Trump’s announcement.
