Carry operates as a blockchain-based platform facilitating interaction and communication between merchants, consumers, and advertisers. Its framework consists of two primary components: the Carry transaction database and Carry smart contracts housed within the blockchain, and a set of APIs that integrate this blockchain with third-party software. The transaction database stores consumer-generated data, while the smart contracts support the issuance and utilization of tokens (CRE and BT) within the Carry Protocol. The APIs, namely the Carry wallet API and Carry device API, enable wallet apps to support the Protocol, allowing consumers to manage their cryptocurrencies and control their transaction data and privacy settings.
