  • The HashKey Exchange adds support for bank transfers in 17 countries and regions, including Hong Kong, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
  • Meex Digital Securities Limited (MEEX), a Hong Kong-based exchange that had previously begun applying for a virtual asset exchange license, has announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with ZhongAn International to consolidate its digital asset trading and custodian services in the future. 2.Cryptocurrency Trends:

  • Web3 social app Tip Coin postpones its token release date (due to a hard drive corruption issue experienced by the team processing token staking, resulting in the loss of certain changes made in the last week). Tip Coin says that the token contract has been deployed and that staking will open no later than September 19, 12:00 AM (UTC+8).
  • OP mainnet to directly distribute unclaimed OP from the first round of airdrops (tokens will be sent directly to eligible addresses that did not claim them; a total of 48 million OP will be allocated to 88,000 addresses).
  • The Arbitrum community has opened the first stage of voting for its Security Council election, which ends in four days. The final stage will be held on October 6.
  • EigenLabs, developer of the Ethereum restaking protocol EigenLayer, plans to launch EigenDA, a solution designed to reduce the cost of storing Ethernet Layer2 Rollup data, by the end of 2023. 4.Regulatory Trends:

  • Hong Kong Monetary Authority: The use of the term "bank" by unauthorized virtual asset institutions is a misrepresentation and may constitute a crime.
  • Nikkei reports that the Japanese government is set to relax regulations on startup financing, with startups being able to receive cryptocurrency investments from VCs, and that the new regulations will apply to funds that invest in limited partnerships (LPs).
