Bitget Futures: Futures calculator

1. Overview

The futures calculator is a convenient online tool used for calculating futures indicators. By inputting futures parameters, you can easily obtain the results of your futures order execution and estimate your trading PnL.

Futures trading offers significant profit potential but carries high investment risk. Accurate calculation of PnL is crucial for understanding market dynamics, developing effective investment strategies, and safeguarding investment funds.

2. Access

• Website: Navigate to the Futures Trading page and click on the Calculator icon.

• App: Navigate to the Futures page, tap More (...), then tap the Calculator button.

3. Features
The calculator has the following four features:

• PnL calculation: Calculate occupied margin and TP/SL profits for corresponding futures based on leverage, entry price, TP/SL price, trading volume, and direction.

• Target price calculation: Determine the target price that meets the desired ROI based on the entered leverage, entry price, trading direction, and estimated ROI.

• Calculate the estimated liquidation price of a futures position by providing the position mode (isolated or cross margin), leverage, entry price, trading volume, direction, and invested margin. Note: In isolated margin mode, "margin" refers to the additional margin beyond the initial margin.

• Average entry price calculation: Calculate the average entry price based on the entry price and position size of multiple positions.

Overall, these features are valuable tools that can assist users in conveniently calculating their PnL and making timely adjustments to their strategies. However, it's important to note that the calculator serves as a reference tool only.
