Signal provider guide
1. Join our signal bot beta group and apply to become a signal provider through the invitation link provided in the group.
2. Bind your Telegram account with your Bitget user ID and set your avatar, alias, and profile.
3. Bind the Telegram group in the signal hub: use Manage Groups to enter the group management page, choose Bind Telegram Group, and enter your Telegram group ID.
How to get your group ID:
4. Your signals can be published through the following buttons.
Button 1: Publish Signal on the signal hub page.
Button 2: Publish Signal at the bottom of the Markets page.
Button 3: Publish Signal at the bottom of the futures trading page.
5. Select any of the above buttons, edit your signal, and use the Publish button (signal providers do not need to make an investment).
6. Once published, your trading signals will be synchronized to your bound Telegram group, with no further manual operations needed.
7. You can edit or terminate signals and view your signal copy trading data at any time.
Signal copier guide
1. You must complete identity verification before you can copy trades through either of the following ways:
1.1 Selecting a signal in the Telegram group and using the Copy Now button.
1.2 Viewing signal data on the signal provider's profile page and using the Copy button.
3. Complete copy trading configuration.
4. View your copy trading information in My Trades > Smart Copy. You can view both the data of the signal provider you are copying and the current orders of copiers.
FAQ
Signal providers
1. Are signal providers and elite traders mutually exclusive?
Yes. If you are an elite trader or have open orders/positions created by copying elite traders (including signal providers), you will not be able to apply to become a signal provider.
2. What is the main difference between signal providers and futures elite traders?
Signal providers guide copiers in investing by configuring trading signal parameters without making real trades. At present, signal providers do not receive any profit share.
3. Why is only one running signal in a single direction supported for a single trading pair?
At present, you can only run one signal in a single direction for each trading pair. New signals in the same direction cannot be published until the existing signal is terminated.
Signal copiers
1. Why should I upgrade to Smart Copy?
Signal copy trading is currently only available for Smart Copy mode.
2. Do I need to use the Copy Now button for each signal published by the signal provider?
No, once you copy a signal provider, every signal they publish will be automatically copied until you stop copying them.
3. Why are the number of signals published inconsistent with my number of orders?
When a signal is published, orders will be placed based on the number of TP/SL orders (number of orders = the total number of TP/SL orders for each signal from the signal provider). However, as copy trading takes up the assets you have allocated to the signal provider, insufficient assets may result in a copy trade failing (you will receive a site message notification). Keep an eye on the balance of your allocated assets.
