How to Recover Your Deposit due to Missing/Wrong Tag

Here's the step-by-step guide on how to submit a request/ticket to recover your XRP, EOS or XLM deposit which has not received do to missing tag or memo. You would need to submit all the necessary details in order to verify your transaction.

Step 1:

1) On Bitget web, [Submit A Ticket] through our Self-service / Support Center.

Step 2:

Fill in all the required details * that are related to your mis-deposit of XRP / EOS / XLM coins.

1) Select [Deposit].

2) Enter your contactable / registered email address.

3) Select [On-chain Deposit].

4) Choose [I have an inquiry regarding my XRP/EOS/XLM Deposit].

5) Choose either [Forgot to add tag] or [Wrong tag/memo], depending on your issue.

6) Enter your UID.

7) Enter the amount of coins (XRP, EOS or XLM)

8) Enter the Transaction ID (TXID).

9) Enter the deposit Bitget address.

10) Tick on the check box before attaching any photos or document.

11) Enter your tag/memo number

12) Write the subject/topic. It is recommended to write as: "Deposit not credited"

13) Write your description/problem of your mis-deposit.

14) Upload/attach any relevant photos or documents. It is recommended to provide a screenshot from your withdrawal platform/wallet which will show the Transaction ID (TXID), date time of the withdrawal and the withdrawal amount.

Step 3:

Click [Submit] and you will receive a ticket number #. Our Customer Service Representative will get back you via email as soon as possible.
