Why is My Credit/Debit Card Failed to Purchase

Some user receive error messages due to a failed credit/debit card transaction in purchasing cryptos.

There are some possible reasons:

(1) Multiple attempts of transaction

When you use the same credit/debit card multiple times in the same transaction, it will fail and be suspended temporarily. Please try it again after 24 hours.

(2) Insufficient Funds

If there isn't enough money in your account to cover the transaction, this payment order will fail.

(3) Expired Card

If your credit card has expired, it won't be accepted for any transactions.

(4) Credit Limit Exceeded

If you've reached your credit limit, you won't be able to make additional charges.

(5) Different name of card holder

Make sure you only use the card that is registered under your name.

(6) Incorrect Card Details

Entering incorrect information, such as the card number, expiration date, or security code, can result in a failed transaction.

(7) Blocked Card

Sometimes, credit card companies or banks may block a card due to suspected fraudulent activity. You may need to contact your card issuer to resolve this.

(8) The international usage of your card is not turned on.

Please contact your card issuer/credit card company to turn on the "international usage" before purchase.

Alternatively, you may deposit via other method such as P2P trading, third party service or blockchain transfer.
